I writing to share with you that your school is no longer listed on the Calgary Board of Education (CBE) Three-Year System Student Accommodation Plan (SSAP) as your school’s enrolment and utilization is now in an appropriate range. 

The SSAP identifies schools facing student accommodation challenges, such as high enrolment pressure, a decline in enrolment, or a change in the demographics of students at the school. The solution to these challenges may affect one or more schools and needs careful consideration. 

In developing the SSAP each year, the CBE reviews current enrolment trends, demographic changes, community growth or decline, birth data, and other relevant factors to understand educational opportunities for students based on where they live.

Your school has been included in previous versions of the SSAP. However, your school is no longer part of the SSAP as your school’s enrolment and utilization are now within the appropriate range. This means that no further action is required at this time.
