Purpose of the Evening

• Experience the vision and program offerings of the school
• Meet the teaching teams and support staff
• Be informed about grade specific processes, special events and academic goals
• Walk through the school and classrooms to get a sense of your child’s learning environment

Visit Important Locations

• Q&A in Main Office related to school emails, volunteer clearances and fees
• Receive general information about student services and specialized services
• Check out the Physical Education, Athletics, and Wellness plans
• Sign up to participate in Woodman School Council/Society events
• Learn about the Healthy Hunger Program

Attend Meetings

• Parents of Grade 7 Late French, 7:00-7:30 pm
  • Room 12 with Mme. Howlett and Mme. Bailer
• Parents of Grade 7 English & Continuing French, 7:00-7:30 pm
  • Learning Commons with Mme. Couture, Mr. Collings, Mme. Rude, Ms. Jones, Mme. Walker, Mme. Wister, Mme. Zalucki
• Parents of Grade 5, 7:30-8:00 pm
  • Room 7 with M. Mouhmoud and Ms. Stenhouse

All other teachers will be in hallways and classrooms from 7:00-8:00
