GSA Club | Pizza & Presentations

Date: Monday, January 19
Time: 4:00 – 6:00 PM

GSA members are invited to join an after-school event featuring pizza and student presentations. Peers will share their current interests, passions, and “obsessions”—from niche hobbies and fandoms to historical deep dives and creative pursuits.

Presenting is optional. Students are welcome to share or simply attend and support friends. This event focuses on building community within our GSA across Grades 7–9.

Woodman Hosts | Junior Boys Volleyball

We look forward to an exciting evening of junior boys volleyball in the Woodman gymnasium.

  • Woodman students may attend the first game as spectators.
  • After the first game, students must exit the school or be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian.

This is a CBE-wide expectation. Thank you to our families for supporting our athletes in a respectful and positive manner.

Lake Louise Ski Trip | Preparation Update

We are excited to take more than 100 Wolves to Lake Louise this week!

  • Final student meeting: Tuesday at lunch, main gym
  • Students must bring a packed lunch and remain on campus
  • Drop-off time: Wednesday morning by 6:30 AM

Holiday Market | Reflection & Planning Session

Students who participated as makers or vendors in the December Student Holiday Market are invited to attend a reflection and planning session.

  • Date: Wednesday, January 21
  • Time: Second half of lunch
  • Grades: 5–8 (Grade 9 optional)

Drama Mini-Showcase

Date: Tuesday, January 27

Grade 7–8 Drama students will participate in a mini showcase at the conclusion of Semester 1. Performances include:

  • Where Did the Logic Go?! (student-written radio play)
  • Alice in Wonderland
  • Once Upon a Time… LIVE!

Due to space limitations, parents are unable to attend. Grade 6 students will join as audience members to support community building.
